The owner and her sister, the same people every visit. No subcontractors, no strangers, and you text the owner directly.
What if it isn't done right?
Walk through your home after we leave. Anything missed, text us a photo within 24 hours and we come back and fix it, free.

Why is post-construction cleaning quoted personally?
Because no two sites are the same. The amount of dust, the size of the job and the finishes all change how long it takes, so we look at the details and give you one fixed number before we start.
When should I book a post-construction clean?
Once the trades are finished. Cleaning while work is still going on means cleaning twice.
Do you do post-construction cleaning across the GTA?
Yes, anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area from our base in Etobicoke, evenings and weekends included.
