Homes in Oakville tend to be large: detached houses, lakefront properties and newer subdivisions in the north, with more 4-bed/3-bath layouts and more homes with five or more bedrooms. The fixed price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, never by the hour, so a four-bed, three-bath house gets one firm number before we start and it does not change if a room takes longer. Anything with five or more bedrooms is quoted personally, because at that size we would rather see the layout.

Add-ons, like inside the oven, interior windows or a finished basement, are agreed before we start and never added on the day. If the house is not what you described when you booked, we tell you before we begin rather than after. A regular plan's first visit costs more only if the house needs extra attention, and weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly visits then run at the regular rate as long as no more than five weeks pass between them.

For a condo, let us know the building's rules when you book and we handle concierge sign-in, elevator booking and visitor parking. Regular clients usually leave a key or a lockbox code, and we confirm by text on arrival and departure. Evenings and weekends are available.
