Vaughan is inside the GTA, so it is covered by the same fixed price as every other city we serve, with no travel fee. We come up from Etobicoke and clean in Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Kleinburg, Concord and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.

The housing runs from large detached homes in Woodbridge and Kleinburg to new condos at the VMC. Whichever end of that range you are on, the price is worked out the same way: by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, never by the hour, so you have an exact number before we start. If the home turns out not to match what you told us, we say so before we begin, not after. Homes with five or more bedrooms are quoted personally.

For a condo, give us the building's rules when you book. Concierge sign-in, elevator booking and visitor parking are ours to arrange, not yours. Most of our regular clients in Vaughan hand over a key or a lockbox code, and we text when we arrive and again when we leave.

On a regular plan a well-kept home pays the regular rate from the first clean; a first visit to a home needing extra attention costs more, since it takes longer. After that, every week, every two weeks or every month gets the regular rate as long as the next visit is within five weeks of the last. Extras such as interior windows or the inside of the oven are agreed before we start, never added on the day.
