What's included
- Everything on the deep-clean checklist, including inside the fridge and oven

- Inside closets and built-in storage
- Floors and baseboards throughout
Not included
- Interior windows ($5 each): Large or unusual windows are priced on site and confirmed before we start.
- Balcony ($30)
- Finished basement ($45)
- Laundry ($25 per load): Wash, dry and fold, using your machines and detergent. Up to two loads per visit.
Inside fridge and inside oven are part of every move-in / move-out clean, not add-ons.

A three-bedroom move-in / move-out clean is typically $405.
Who's coming into my home?
The owner and her sister, the same people every visit. No subcontractors, no strangers, and you text the owner directly.
What if it isn't done right?
Walk through your home after we leave. Anything missed, text us a photo within 24 hours and we come back and fix it, free.

Should the home be empty for a move-out clean?
Ideally, yes. An empty home lets us clean inside every cabinet, closet and corner. If some furniture stays, tell us when you book and we work around it.
Do you clean for landlords and buyers as well as tenants?
Yes. Whoever books, the price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, and it is agreed before we start.
How far ahead should I book a move-in or move-out clean?
As soon as you have your date. Send your preferred time window and we confirm by text within two hours during office hours. Evenings and weekends are available.
