A busy family home needs a thorough clean rather than a quick one, which is why we never price by the hour. The fixed price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, so a townhome and a detached house each get a firm number before we begin, and a home that needs extra attention is priced for it up front rather than on the day.
Regular plans work like this: a well-kept home pays the regular rate from the start, then weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly cleans all get the regular rate, provided the next visit is within five weeks of the last. Add-ons such as interior windows, inside the oven or laundry are agreed when you book, and if the home is not as described we say so before we start.
A key or a lockbox code from you is the usual arrangement for regular visits, with a text from us on arrival and departure. If you live in a building with shared entry, tell us the rules when you book and we sort out sign-in, elevator booking and visitor parking. Evenings and weekends are available too.
