Whitby means detached homes for us, with Brooklin growing fast, and we take bookings in Brooklin, Downtown Whitby, Port Whitby, Taunton North, Rolling Acres and Williamsburg. For a detached home the pricing is simple to follow: bedrooms, bathrooms and condition set the number, the clock never does, and you have that exact figure before we start. Should the house not match what you told us, we say so on arrival, before the work begins, not once it is over.

About the drive. We are based in Etobicoke, over on Toronto's west side, so Whitby sits toward the far end of our week. We handle that by grouping Durham visits and may propose particular days for Whitby. What we do not do is charge for the distance: every address in the GTA is inside the fixed price, and travel fees exist only outside it.

Regular plans start at the regular rate for a well-kept home; a home not cleaned in a while opens with a deep clean at the deep-clean price. From then on, weekly, fortnightly and monthly all count as regular so long as the next clean is within five weeks of the last one. Anything extra, whether interior windows, the inside of the fridge or oven, a balcony, laundry or a finished basement, is agreed in advance and never added on the day. Regular clients tend to give us a key or a lockbox code, and we confirm by text when we arrive and again when we leave.
