Being straight about where we come from: our base is in Etobicoke, on the west side of Toronto. Pickering visits are grouped by area with the rest of our Durham work, so we may suggest certain days rather than any slot in the week. That is a scheduling habit, not a surcharge; no travel fee applies anywhere in the GTA, Pickering included.

We take bookings in Bay Ridges, Liverpool, Amberlea, Dunbarton, Rouge Park and Seaton: established detached neighbourhoods plus the new Seaton community. Whatever the home, the price comes from bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, never from the clock, so you see an exact figure before anyone arrives. If the house turns out different from what you described, we say so before the clean starts rather than afterwards.

A few practical notes. The first visit of a regular plan costs more only when the home needs extra attention, because that first clean takes longer than the ones that follow; after that, weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly visits all get the regular rate provided the next clean falls within five weeks of the last. Add-ons such as the inside of the fridge or oven, interior windows, a balcony, a finished basement or laundry are agreed when you book, never tacked on the day. Anything with five bedrooms or more we price personally. Pickering clients on a regular plan mostly hand over a key or a lockbox code, and a text from us marks our arrival and our departure.
