What will it cost?
Your price is fixed before we start and includes supplies. If it takes us longer than we estimated, that's on us.

About TrueCare Cleaners
TrueCare was started by a cleaner who spent years working for a cleaning company and saw what clients were promised versus what they got.

The honest part
We're a family of two cleaners, not a franchise. We don't have an app, and we can only take on about ten new homes a month, because we'd rather do fewer homes properly than many homes badly. It also means the people who quote your price are the people who clean your home. And if you're looking for the cheapest cleaner on Kijiji, we're not it.
Who's coming into my home?
The owner and her sister, the same people every visit. No subcontractors, no strangers, and you text the owner directly.
What if it isn't done right?
Walk through your home after we leave. Anything missed, text us a photo within 24 hours and we come back and fix it, free.
