The homes here are newer large detached houses, many of them multi-generational households, with basements that are finished or rented out. Our price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition rather than by the hour, so you know the exact figure before we start, and a home with five or more bedrooms is quoted personally.

That is where the finished-basement add-on comes in. The upper floors are priced on bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, and if you want the lower level done too, you add it when you book, so it is settled before we arrive rather than on the day. If the basement is rented to someone else, mention it, so we know exactly what to include and what to leave alone. Should the house differ from what you described, we raise it before we begin, not after.

Most of our regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code, and we text when we arrive and again when we leave. Well-kept homes start at the regular rate; homes needing extra attention pay more for the first clean, since it takes longer; from then on weekly, fortnightly and monthly visits are all charged at the regular rate, provided the next clean is within five weeks of the last.
