How is the price fixed if you don't know my house?

Five questions tell us what we need: the service, the size, the condition, how often, and any add-ons. That sets a price for a written checklist of what's included. If your home doesn't match what you told us, we say so before we start, not after. Once we start, the price doesn't move. If it takes us longer than we estimated, that's on us.

Who comes to my home?

The owner and her sister. Depending on the day it's one of them or both; the price and the checklist are the same either way. No subcontractors, no rotating staff, and you text the owner directly.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code, and we confirm by text when we arrive and when we leave.

What if I need to cancel or move a clean?

Text us at least 24 hours before your slot and there's no charge; we'll find you another time. With less notice we'll still do our best to move you, but we can't promise the same week.

What isn't included?

Add-ons at fixed prices: inside fridge ($35), inside oven ($35), interior windows ($5 each), balcony ($30), finished basement ($45). Large or unusual windows are priced on site and confirmed before we start. Laundry $25 per load, up to two loads per visit, using your machines and detergent.

What counts as a regular client?

Your next clean is within five weeks of the last. Otherwise the one-time rate applies, because a home that's gone longer takes longer.
