Toronto East means Leslieville, Riverdale, The Beaches, the Danforth (Greektown), East York, Playter Estates, the Upper Beaches and Woodbine Heights. It is inside the GTA, so the fixed price already covers the trip from Etobicoke.

The homes are semis and narrow detached houses with older bathrooms and kitchens. Older bathrooms take patience and the right product, not a harsher one, and we bring both. Parking is by laneway, so tell us at booking where a car can go for a few hours and we plan for it.

Your price is fixed by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, not the hour, so a semi with three bedrooms and one old bathroom is one clear number and a narrow detached with two bathrooms is another. Should the house differ from what you told us, we raise it before the clean starts, never afterwards. Homes with five or more bedrooms get a quote of their own.

Regular clients tend to leave us a key or a lockbox code, and we confirm by text when we arrive and when we lock up on the way out. The first visit on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly plan is at the regular rate for a well-kept home and costs more only if the home needs extra attention; every visit after that gets the regular rate, provided the gap between cleans stays under five weeks. Extras like the inside of the oven, interior windows or laundry are settled before we start.
